“We cannot thank Cloud Nine enough for all they did whilst me and my sister came over to Spain for a long weekend. Everything from good common sense advice - good points, bad points, advantages, disadvantages - with absolutely no hard-sell pressure tactics whatsoever. It was obvious from the outset that the most important thing to them was finding the right property for us and our families.
I have insisted that my husband and brother-in-law meet with Terry and Sue in January, as the whole weekend was informative and relaxed. Not to mention a full guided tour of the area.

“Having wanted to invest within the Spanish property market for quite some time and eventually emigrate there alone, I was overwhelmed with the vast amount of information available on the internet, at trade shows and in brochures by a multitude of companies all promising to make that dream come true by offering the ideal properties to invest in.
After months of doing research into the market and the options available to me I was still no closer to finding a property but I had narrowed it down to a general location. A prompt phone call from Sue arising from an enquiry I had made was more than welcome as the questions that were asked resulted in a quick and efficient E-mail containing suggestions of suitable properties which not only fitted my budget, but also my tastes. At last I had found someone who was genuinely interested in helping me. The one thing I was particularly impressed with was their relaxed nature and genuine desire to ensure I experienced and saw every aspect of the area from paella, beaches, local harbours, shopping centres, village markets, the local cities and scenic spots and not solely trudge me around property after property with an ongoing sales pitch in the hope I would buy.
Having seen a range of properties across a vast area I knew I had found the right property for me when I visited one particular development, offering me everything and more.
The service and package Sue & Terry provided has been second to none and they really did do everything in their capability to make it as informative and hassle free a visit as possible. Sue continues to provide an ongoing fountain of support even after the purchases have been processed, helping as much as she can with my preparations to make a new life in Spain.
I would recommend the company and have already done so, without a second thought, to anyone thinking of investing in the Spanish market, from first time buyers to property entrepreneurs.
