Polaris World have today announced the release of its latest development in Murcia, Terrazas de La Torre Golf Resort. The resort will be situated just a short drive from the existing site of La Torre Golf Resort, to be completed later this year.
The new resort is expected to include an 18 hole golf course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, plus many sports and leisure facilities including shops, bars and restaurants.
This new Polaris World resort has been released primarily to provide an alternative to those clients who had reserved property at the projects of Condado de Alhama, which was unexpectedly refused final building permission just two weeks ago.
Terrazas de la Torre will feature a range of apartments, with frontline 2 bed properties starting at approximately 150,000 euros.
